GOSSAMER GEAR Thinlight Foam Pad 1/8″ Folded  this multipurpose piece of gear is extremely compact and has many uses.

RValue: We have not determined a R Value or temperature rating for the closed cell foam due to its variable density but based on thermal conductivity data compiled by an independent scientist, we estimate the R values to be 0.5 for the 1/8″ Thinlight

The folded pad perfectly replaces the sit pad in a size medium pack without any trimming.
